excellent,was wondering when package might arrive,as usps shipping status not as tracking intensive as the ups and fedex but to my surprise the 3 packages were sitting on my front porch as i arrived from work with no notice of attempt to deliver,or anything to sign for... Impressive! the customer service support is outstanding-instant access to seller and tech! I purchased 3 and might buy more...Feel like i can trust the seller now and in the future.I genuinely think the seller is the highest quality businessman!!!

11/17/09 VC-100 Exactly what I was looking for. I have had the vc-100 for several months and use it in both my own vehicle and the commercial trucks I often drive.
