Damage by the End User is not covered.
If you have any questions or feel your dash cam is not working properly please contact us and if we cannot resolve the issue over the phone, we will have you return the unit for us to test out. If necessary, we will replace the unit for you. After 90 days we will provide you with the contact for warranty repair through the factory. We are no longer able to provide replacement after 90 days.
Most of the time we can fix the issue with just a phone call. We understand you purchased the Dash Cam for protection and when it is not working properly you are unprotected. We want to resolve that as soon as possible so your dash cam is keeping an eye out for you.
Our units have a very low defect rate. I will not sell a product that is a waste of your money. That is why we do not sell the cheaper dash cams so many other sites sell and promote.
The VideoCopilot does not take returns for anything other than defective units. In rare occassions we have allowed items to be returned but all shipping cost are paid by the client and we have to charge a restocking fee.
Shipping is non refundable and a restocking fee will be charged which is 15-20% because we have to discount the unit as it is no longer new.
We want you satisfied and will make every effort to do so when possible. We encourage you to call us before the purchase if you have any questioins and let us know what it is you are wanting to use the system for and we will help you make the right decision based on your needs so you don't want to return the product.
